In order to create the image of the Garbage Patch State, I created a plausible semantic apparatus consisting of a flag,
constitution, mithology, without neglecting more trivial elements such as postcards. It is therefore a fiction, but structured in such way ad to uncover a reality that would otherwise remain hidden.”
